Strengthening of organic structures in Uganda
The aim of this project is to strengthen farming organisations within the coffee sector. The main focal areas of this project are to further develop organisations and address specific practical issues.
The project is a collaboration between Naturland, the Andreas Hermes Academy (AHA) and three coffee cooperatives in south-west Uganda. Another main aim of the project is to provide further education for farmers. While the AHA focuses on strengthening their organisational structures and management processes, Naturland covers any technical matters relating to organic farming.
Project duration: 2021 - 2024 (3 years)
